The third phase of Telangana Gram Panchayat Elections 2025 saw 27,277 nominations filed for 4,158 sarpanch posts. Additionally, 89,603 nominations came in for 36,442 ward seats. The nomination process started on Wednesday, but most applications arrived on Friday. After scrutiny, appeals, and withdrawals, the final list of candidates will be published on December 9. This marked the end of nominations for all three phases. The elections will be held in phases: December 11 for the first, December 14 for the second, and December 17 for the third. In total, 12,728 Gram Panchayats and 1,12,242 wards were notified for polling.
