Samsung Certifies 2,000 Bengaluru Students in AI and Coding Under Innovation Campus

Samsung, the global consumer electronics giant, announced on Thursday that it has certified 2,000 students in Bengaluru through its Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) programme. The initiative aims to build a talent pool ready for future technologies in Karnataka. Out of the total, 1,100 students received certification in Artificial Intelligence, while 900 were certified in Coding & Programming. The programme offers hands-on, industry-aligned training focused on practical digital skills to meet evolving job market needs. S.P. Chun, Corporate Vice President of Samsung Southwest Asia, said, "Samsung Innovation Campus is designed to bridge the gap between education and employability by delivering rigorous, hands-on training in future technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Coding & Programming." Santosh S. Lad, Karnataka's Minister for Labour and Employment, praised the initiative, stating, "The certification of 2,000 students in Bengaluru reflects strong collaboration between industry and institutions, reinforcing Karnataka’s position as a leading hub for innovation and talent development." The certification event took place at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bengaluru.
