The Hyderabad Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory for Darussalam Day at the AIMIM party office on Saturday, February 14. Moderate congestion is expected from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. in and around Darussalam. Traffic coming from Malakunta and Begum Bazar Chatri towards Darussalam Road will be diverted at Alaska T Junction towards MJ Bridge and MJ Market. Vehicles from Alaska and Chaknawadi en route to Darussalam–Ek Minar will be diverted at Darussalam Junction towards Hameed Café Junction (Aghapura) and Chaar Kandil. Traffic from Mallepally X roads, Boiguda Kaman, and Mangalhat towards Darussalam will be diverted at Aghapura X roads towards Takkarwadi and Charkandil. Vehicles from Bazar Ghat and Taj Island will be diverted at Ek Minar towards Bazar Ghat and Nampally Railway Station Road. Commuters from Sitaram Bagh and Mangalhat will be diverted at Aghapura Junction towards Charkandil. Traffic from City College and Afzalgunj towards Darussalam will be rerouted at MJ Bridge towards Puranapool Junction. Vehicles from Mehdipatnam and Asifnagar heading towards Darussalam will be diverted at Mallepally X roads towards Gokul Nagar and Bazar Ghat. For parking, four-wheelers can use Hockey Grounds (Masab Tank and Red Hills), Anees-ul-Gurba near Ek Minar, Veterinary Hospital at Sitaram Bagh, Gyan Bagh land, and Rocket Ground. Two-wheelers may park at Agha Dargah, Sardar Baig Dargah, and Pan Mandi Road. The police urged visitors to the nearby All India Industrial Exhibition (Numaish) at Nampally to use TSRTC buses and Metro Rail to reduce congestion. Citizens are asked to follow updates on Hyderabad Traffic Police's official social media and call 9010203626 for emergencies. "Citizens have been urged to plan their journeys in advance, use alternate routes where necessary and extend full cooperation to the traffic police in the interest of public safety," the police said.
