Hold your breath! Chhattisgarh's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has caught two teenagers from Raipur, who were radicalised by sinister hands from Pakistan. These handlers belong to an ISIS module trying to spread dangerous ideas in the heart of India. According to the police, these Pakistan-based folks used fake Instagram IDs to trick young Indians. They filled their social media with violent, provocative content and pushed extremist and Jihadi views to lure innocent teens. Their dark plan? To create an ISIS base right here in Chhattisgarh! Speaking on November 18, 2025, State Home Minister Vijay Sharma told the media, "This is the first such case to come up and we are working hard to see if there are more in other parts of the state." What a wake-up call! The ATS investigation revealed that these handlers operated secret social media groups where they invited Indian teenagers. Slowly, these young minds were pulled into the dangerous ISIS ideology. Police said, "Evidence has also emerged indicating that teenagers were being motivated to establish an ISIS module in Chhattisgarh." Thanks to sharp cyber surveillance and close watch by ATS and other agencies, the trail led right to these two teens. Once their anti-national activities became clear, police acted quickly. They registered a case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and arrested them. This chilling episode shows how cyber space is being misused to spread terror. But the brave ATS action sends a message that India’s security agencies are on high alert, ready to strike back against terror threats no matter how young or hidden they are. Stay tuned as the story unfolds!
