Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) released a passenger advisory on November 29 afternoon after aircraft maker Airbus issued a global technical notice for the A320 family. The airport posted on X, “Airbus has issued a technical advisory for the global A320 fleet. Our partner airlines are proactively completing the mandated updates following all safety protocols. During this precautionary process, some flights may experience slight schedule adjustments.” Passengers are advised to check with their airlines for the latest flight status before heading to the airport. Airport teams are available around the clock to help. Several airlines have also issued warnings to passengers about potential flight timing changes and urged them to verify real-time updates. On November 28, Airbus announced it ordered immediate repairs for 6,000 of its popular A320 aircraft to maintain high safety standards.
