Baashyaam Group has completed registration of a 5.8-acre property on Haddows Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai. This major land deal, sourced from Standard Chartered Bank, is valued at about ₹1,212 crore including registration costs. CBRE acted as the transaction adviser for this large real estate transaction. Baashyaam Group is currently evaluating the type of project it will develop on this rare and valuable city land. The company has acquired several prime land parcels across Chennai recently. It is known for luxury residential and high-end projects like the upcoming luxury project in ECR-Prarthana, apartments at Crowne Plaza in Alwarpet, The Peak in Ashok Nagar, The Pinnacle in Boat Club, The Epic in Gopalapuram, Royal Damera Gardens in Poes Garden, and the Promenade commercial project in Guindy. This latest property registration marks one of the biggest real estate transactions in the city to date, bolstering Baashyaam Group’s growing portfolio.
