NSS Volunteer V. Siddartha Completes 80 KM Trek at National Adventure Camp 2025

V. Siddartha, an NSS volunteer and final-year Computer Science student at Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal, successfully completed the National Adventure Camp-2025 held in Himachal Pradesh. The 10-day camp ran from November 18 to 27 at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports in McLeodganj, Dharamshala. Siddartha trekked 80 kilometres and reached an altitude of 2,873 feet during the program. The camp was organised by the Regional Directorate of NSS, Hyderabad. Siddartha was chosen to represent Telangana after clearing state-level selections at Kakatiya University in November. During the camp, he received training in basic rock climbing, rappelling, trekking, jungle craft, survival techniques, and leadership. Upon completion, he was awarded a national-level appreciation certificate. College principal K. Ashoka Reddy congratulated Siddartha on his achievement.
