Microsoft to Lay Off Thousands of Employees in Second Wave of Job Cuts
Microsoft is implementing organizational changes leading to layoffs of less than 4% of its workforce, around 9,000 employees. Teams worldwide, including sales and Xbox divisions, are affected. The company had previously laid off around 6,000 workers in May, part of its strategic realignment for future growth.
