RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale talked about India’s population imbalance on Wednesday, saying that infiltration and conversion are reasons for deteriorating Hindus. He suggested a population policy that covers the resources for each individual, not just cutting down the population of the mass. Emphasis on balance of youth and older generation was put, saying India’s family size has already shrunk from 3.4 to 1.9, and that the nation must be kept young. He claimed that this official plan will reach all the 61,045 shakhas of RSS by 2024.
