A 12-year-old boy in Thane has been booked for the murder of a 10-year-old schoolmate. The murder case was registered after the victim’s mother filed a complaint with the court. It was alleged that an altercation took place between the accused boy and the deceased boy within the school premises. According to an eye witness, the accused sat on the victim’s chest and choked him to death. The court directed the Kapurbawdi police to register the offense and investigate the matter.
