A woman was killed and three labourers were injured in a tragic accident in the CR Park area of south Delhi. The accident occurred when a car, driven by a drunk man identified as Vinay, hit the victims. The deceased was identified as Neetu, while the injured were labourers. Vinay, who worked as a private financier, was celebrating his uncle’s birthday before the incident took place. He had taken his friend’s car to get food from a restaurant when the accident occurred. The car, owned by Vinay’s friend Lov Kush, was being driven rashly and negligently when the accident happened. Vinay has been arrested and has undergone a medical examination. A case has been registered against him under IPC Sections 279 and 337.
