A Bangladesh national, identified as Shakir alias Guddu Hyder Shaikh (45), was nabbed from a hideout in Jalna. Shaikh operates a house break-in gang, and over a span of 10 years has committed 53 house break-ins across various parts of Maharashtra, Telangana, Gujarat, Assam and West Bengal. According to the police, Shaikh arrived in Mumbai in 2000 in search of a job. However, soon he turned to crime and formed a gang to rob houses. tnn
