The artiste of the Kabir Kala Much (KKM), a dalit-performers group, Jyoti Jagdap was arrested in September 2020, along with co-members Ramesh Gaichor and Sagar Gorkhe, in the accusation of spreading communal hate and ending Modi Raj in the Rajiv Gandhi incident fashion. Today she has been denied a requested bail by the Bombay High Court, a second time after all three accused were kept back by the National Investigative Agency. The group has been allegedly associated with banned CPI.
